Use the Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary insurance tabs to add or update the respective payor information.
The information on this tab is:
- The Subscriber's name
- The Subscriber's address
- The Subscriber's DOB
- The Subscriber's relation to the patient
- The Insurance plan name
- The Insurance plan address
- Policy number
- Group name and number
- Insurance filing order
