Notes Tab

The Notes Tab lists changes that were made to the account with dates, times, and who made the changes, as well as any notes or comments added by a user.

Click Add Note to add a new note.

To place a banner notifying anyone that opens the account there is an important note, check the Note Alert checkbox.
