Account Statuses
The billing status is shown in the patient banner bar, as well as other key places where accounts are listed. This status reflects where the account is in the billing process.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| NEW | Newly created account. No billing activity has occurred. |
| 1500 | Account has been validated and ready to be picked up in Professional claim batch. |
| UB | Account has been validated and ready to be picked up in Institutional claim batch. |
| SSI1500 | Account professional claim has been sent to billing clearing house. |
| CLAIM | Claim has been generated for this account. |
| SSIUB | Account institutional claim has been sent to billing clearing house. |
| STMT | Account is flagged to receive statements. |
| PAID_OUT | Account has zero balance. |
